Try unplugging the negative terminal from the battery for a few minutes. It should reset everything.

If unplugging the negative terminal from the battery for a few minutes doesn't work you may need to replace your battery.

I know that you can reboot the audio/navigation/information system by pressing and holding the volume down button on the steering wheel for approximately 20 seconds. I don't know whether the multi-information display is included in the reboot, but it might be worth a try to see if it is and if a reboot might solve the problem.

Also, I don't have my 2013 ES any longer. So, I can't tell you exactly where it is, but, in the settings for the multi-informational display, there is the option to re-set all of the multi-informational settings to their defaults. Doing that is another thing that might be worth trying.

I already did unplug the negative as L3XUSFAN recommended and holding the volume down button on the steering wheel as lesz recommended. However, both of way can not solve the problem. Do anybody have other idea?

I changed the battery about 1yr ago. So it seems like new. Anyhow is it really matter with battery power?

I had a similar problem a couple of years ago - intermittent resetting of the display when re-starting the car. Dealer tried a few things and was then advised to go into the dash, I declined on that and they offered me a new battery just for my aggravation I guess. The problem was immediately solved never to return. I thought at first removing the battery might have caused a reset but they keep power to the car during battery replacement so I was left with the assumption that the battery which passed the load test was failing with in intermittent shorting condition. And the battery was only about a year old at the time. It's worth a try.
