WOW!!! What A Difference.....Replaced Dash Speakers
Boy, was I wrong!
Back in the garage, I figured, what the heck and changed the center speaker since so many said it was terrible. I got the center one done pretty quickly. Then, I turned the system on with all dash speakers replaced...>WOW and double WOW!!! I adjusted settings to levels others had mentioned and and it was more amazing. The bass really kicks now! On several HD channels, it was thumping and I went out for another ride down the road which lasted about 35 minutes as I went thru all my presets and was almost stunned by the huge upgrade. During the ride I changed the surround to ON.....and was wowed again! What clarity and what thumping bass, especially with the HD channels.
I probably will change out the door speakers with Infinitys, front and back, but really dont think I need to. However, I've always changed out speakers and radios in every car or truck Ive owned, so speakers are set for the future. Along with that the biggest thing will be sound deadening doors and dash speakers, and changing the tires to quiet down their noise. So speakers in the doors will get done. I already bought two rolls of the Lowe's Frosty sound deadner which is actually for HVAC duct work, but its got rave reviews as a sound deadner.
Thanks again to all, and the wonderful sharing of tech knowledge for this newbie to Lexus. My 2015 ES350 is in great shape, bought it with 124K on the clock, but all fluids are new, 'cept transmission, the body is in excellent shape (was driven lots of highway miles) and the interior is cherry....once I used an ozone machine for two 30 minute sessions to kill the cigarette stench! Looking forward to my first long trip to my daughters wedding on the Georgia barrier islands in two weeks. But Im gonna love driving with my "new" sound system and Im already thrilled with the overall Lexus driving experience compared to my Mercury Grand Marquis, Chrysler New Yorkers, and even my old 85 BMW 500 series.

I noticed you motioned the Trans fluid too. I would do a couple of drain and fills if I was you. No Flush just drain and fill. Nice to change out the filter if you can find someone who would do it at a reasonable price. You can also save some money and use the Valvoline Toyota fluid Full synthetic from Walmart for only $18.
