I called and the guy said he would send in a ticket to the tech something department and they would get back to me in a couple of days.
Great.
For me, they would not give me a timeline. They just kept saying there is no time table to which we'll get back to you. Not a few days, not a week, etc.
Id suggest all of you take a few days, or a few weeks off, and then come back to see if anything’s changed. If not, then carry on, spend a little more time doing other things, like a nice glass of wine on the porch, or spending time with your family. Logging into a website ain’t that important, it’s only a car.
This link does NOT work for me. It doesn't like something with one of your selections because when I start over I have no trouble building a car (hybrid) for my zip code. Try a nearby zip?

Where do you go when you start over? What URL?
I tried starting from the home page, then going to build your car, but I run into the same issue.
You don't need to go to the Lexus Drivers site to "build your Lexus". You can just go to the Lexus website (www.Lexus.com), select a car model, and, then, select "build".

Yes, that's where I was having the issue. On lexus.com. I would enter my zip code, and it would just hang, saying "building your lexus", but not advancing.
The case manager was able to reproduce it today. He said he noticed that depending on which zip code he entered, he'd encounter the same thing.
As a work around, he suggested going to "find your dealer" first, then trying to build.
