Can anyone help me with an audio malfunction?
I have a 2016 ES350. Over the last few days I've been using the media option to play music stored on a USB connected memory stick. Yesterday I either hit something on the steering wheel or a malfunction occurred and the screen now says that the source that is being accessed is NOT the memory stick but a Bluetooth player. I tried using the selector on the center console to go back to the point where I feel that one could re-select USB but the system will not allow me to go backward. Has anyone encountered this and know of a way that I can get back to the point where I can re-select USB instead of Bluetooth? Any help will be appreciated.

The Mode button on the steering wheel below the radio volume and station selector is easy to bump and we've all pressed it by mistake. Toggle through it to get back to your desired setting. But, for your problem it might be a lot more than that? Check any manuals you have or online.

Thanks,
I also finally found the problem by pressing the audio button. It was set to Bluetooth instead of USB1. Once I switched it back I was good to go. Thanks again.

Cool. It's nice when something is easy to fix these days. The first time I hit mine, I didn't realize it, so when the sound stopped from the radio, you always think the worst has happened. Oh, oh. I blew up the radio ! I think my 2010 Camry Hybrid had a similar button placement? When u think about it, some cars have a lot more buttons on the wheel than my 2015 ES. I do miss the Toyota's temperature up/down buttons. It may also have been able to do more with the climate settings with addition buttons on the wheel, too? Like an Auto climate setting that nobody uses. I'll have see if I can find pics of that on the Net? Car and Driver is a good source. They sure did a fine job on Lexus model pictorials. Maybe they're the manufacture's? They look good either way.
