accessory time

how can i get more "retained accessory time"?

Not sure what you mean by retained accessory time, but I will try to guess. Do you mean the time the power stays on ( to radio and power outlets) when you press the stop/start engine button once. It usually stays on for about 20 minutes and then it cuts off to conserve the 12 volt battery. If this is what you mean then I don't think you can extend that time. you just press the stop/start engine button once again.

There are other threads that have discussed this. If you want to stop the engine but keep the radio on, here is a solution. Before turning the engine off press the brake pedal firmly, then move the gear shifter to "N" neutral, then turn engine off by pushing the Engine stop/start button once, then move the shifter to "P" park position, then deploy the parking brake, then take you foot off the brake pedal. The radio will stay on for 15-20 minute and the engine will be off.
