Air bag done
Just had my air bag recall done by a dealer down in Mt. Kisco NY. Nice job and great dealer. It took 2 hrs and they also did my NYS inspection. They provided a ride into town for my bride and I. Got it back washed and vacuumed along with a full tank of gas. Of course they recommended that I get a few things done but as they we not issues and I usually do them myself. As I was leaving they gave me a back if the envelope trade in at 15K toward a new one. I'm still having a hard time with the grill but if I do consider down the road I'll be going for an AWD GS.

i had a 10k trade they gave me offer of last time i was in for a oil change with my 07 ES with 217k on it at the time considering that i took out a loan last year to pay down some credits cards and i got a low interest car loan from my credit union to borrow money on the car to consildate and i owed 4500 on the car still i actualy was thinking about the offer of 10k cause 4500 goes towards paying off car and 5500 would go towards the new car but i thought about it and desided naw ill just wait and sometime in the summer or fall i may get somehting new onces a settlment check int he family comes in
i was thinking when its time to so many options to go with id like a 2013-2015 RX 450H or a 2016 or newer ES350 or a couple year old CT or a NX what ever i could find certified with navigation and not spend more than about 28k is right where i want to be i just want to make sure its atleast a 2013 so i can still get it as a certified
I had toyed around with the thought of a 2010-2012 LS and i even found a not to old ls460 with 256k lots of miles and just not even that old for like just under 18k and im like wow i think it was like 2-3 years old with that many miles on it thinking you know its got to still be good if its only a few years old and that many miles

Pit Crew
I had my 2010 ES 350 passenger side airbag replaced on Thursday this week. I dropped off the car Wednesday in the evening and they had it done at 2pm the next day. When I picked up the car it was washed and vacuumed and they filled up the gas tank - great service! They gave me a new RX350 as a loaner. I loved the heads-up display and the large screen on the RX350. They recommended a few service items needing to be done down the road. I asked about getting the transmission fluid flushed and replaced and they said that it is a sealed system and never needs to be serviced. I hadn't heard of that on any car.
