Cannot adjust Bluetooth Call Volume on radio or phone
I have a 2009 ES 350 and a Samsung Galaxy S9 phone. When connected to a bluetooth call, the audio ***** and buttons on the steering wheel do not adjust the volume at all. If I go to the phone and adjust the volume there, it shows it going down but the actual audio through the car speakers does not decrease. Every single phone call is as loud as it can get and it cannot be turned down via the phone or call radio. I would call is a phone bug, but this is the third phone it has happened to.
Does anyone have any clue as to how to fix this? It is incredible annoying.

Yes, the volume buttons on the steering wheel + & - will change the volume you hear from your caller.
They do both the phone and the radio, the radio **** only does the radio as you already knew.
