Phone call volume

I find myself having to turn my radio volume up to high 40s, low 50s, even max to hear a call. Have phone volume itself all the way up. Any ideas why or how to fix?

Try the steering wheel volume button while a call is in progress.

Try using the volume switch on your phone during a call.

Pair a different phone to your car and/or pair your phone to same model & year at your dealer.
