Regret selling my 2008 ES 350!
I had 115K miles, wanted something new, went for a small crossover. Lexus' didn't meet my needs performance wise - I wound up buying a 2017 Subaru Forester XT, loaded with all the goodies (you'd be surprised what you can get in a Subaru) - 250hp turbo (will blow the doors of a Lexus NX), LED headlights that move with turns like the Lexus' HIDs, memory seats, etc, etc. My next non-Lexus vehicle will get a 3 day test drive for sure. The Subaru has got to be the most annoying car on the planet. Reliable? Yes. But. Annoying. Hard to live with. Don't get me started. Don't leave Lexus. You will regret it.
Anyone out there buy a Smoky Granite Mica '08 ES 350 last year somewhere in New Jersey? That's where it ended up after I traded it in on Long Island.
Little dent on the rear driver side above the tire...rear view camera sometimes goes out because the dealer messed it up trying to resolve a conflict between it and my aftermarket XM radio add-on (replaced my good camera with a bad one because they don't know how to troubleshoot)...very worn driver side armrest...no Lexus Tool Kit or first aid kit in the trunk because I kept them! Ran perfectly when I sold it. Do you have my car?

I have the same year also and has almost double the mileage, running great, i would cry if the car is totalled, because got so used to it, great balance in comfort and power. Was looking for another car, but very difficult to beat the pros of a ES, unless going with the later models

I, too, have a black obsidian 2008 ES premium model with about 115,000 miles. Runs like a dream and purrs like a cat when I drive her. We were made for each other. My husband wanted me to trade it in for a newer model Infinity or Acura but I just wasn't feeling it. I will eventually buy a newer model but will stick with the ES 350 model or perhaps a RX 350 if I decide to get a SUV. And, I won't be trading in my 2008. I will keep it and use it for in-town driving.

all the people i know here in Salt lake area that have nothing but issues with Subaru is the 2nd reason why I won't ever own one the 1st reason is that I don't want a car that every other human in town has lol.
I thought about a nice small SUV Lexus NX sports style SUV I liked it. however just bought my father a 2012 RX350 AWD and that's down in Florida.I honestly think that reason I got him that is because when its finally time to let my ES350 07 go I'm going back to florid and bringing that RX back to Utah with me lol. Dad can find another car ill buy him when its time lol.
