I need to figure out which one needs to be replaced, so I wanted to know if there are any differences?

I watched a video by chrisfix on bearings that are not pressed specifically this one:

Will the process be anything like this?

The front are pressed in and the rear are sold as part of a bolt-on assembly. For the fronts, get a Front Wheel Bearing Kit similar to the Astro Pneumatic Tool 78825. For the rear, you may need a slide hammer if the bearing is seized in.
