Help Please - All lights turned off in car-Stalled

I have Lexus ES350 2007, Today while driving the radio died and then the GPS, next thing you know all the warning lights came on and then after a while they all turned off. The speedometer died too. I was still driving while this was going on. I got to home but when I tried to start the car again, it did not start. I thought the battery is dead. I jumped the car and it started. Same thing happened, but now the car is not even jump starting, I called the tow truck and he checked the battery and said the alternator is gone. Any help guys what should I do. Too scared to take it to the crooked dealership in my town. I don't trust them. Simple oil change costs me over $200 there. Please help.

I'm positive that the alternatore failed and it drain the battery while you were driving. I would suggest you to buy a repaired one or to repair yours.
