Default Is it difficult to change the grill on a 2007 ES 350?

My grill is cracked enough to make me want to replace it. So:

1) Any suggestions on where to buy one?
2) Ive seen some without the logo. Is the logo hard to get off the grill?
3) And is it hard to replace?

Lots of questions. Thanks in advance.

1) browse ebay, you might get lucky
2) Logo is moderately difficult to remove since it's glued on.
3) The grill isn't hard to remove. I've taken it out to plasti dip it black and left the Lexus logo chrome. Remove the engine covers, a few clips and the grill should pull right out.

I think if you pull the badge off the bezel is still there so it won't look right. It would just look like it's missing the badge.

if you have all oem front end parts assuming there has never been a collision so you know all the parts are OEM
you need to get a OEM Grill or it won't fit right
i once had a collision shop put all oem Hood Bumper and Fenders on when needed repair from accident then the insurance company sent them Aftermarket grill and grill surounding frame because they are two parts and they didnot fit properly with the OEM.
and the Lexus symbol is still under the Emblem so yes its just black.

I know you've probably done it already, but in the case you haven't. I had the same issue and did this recently on my 2007 es350. I got the grill and chrome outer piece off amazon for about 120$. You just have to take off the engine cover and unclip the little rubber piece that goes on top of grill. There's a few 10mm bolts on top you'll need to remove and lastly two screws at the bottom of the grill(on back). Look at the new one to get an idea of where the screws are they're hard to see. I had to take off the two horns(12mm if I recall) to get a screw driver on them, they are Phillips. The rest is clips and it is all pretty straight forward, anyone could tackle it. The two new grill prices clip together and it all pops right back in. As far as the Lexus emblem I could not find a grill that came with one, mine was still good so I salvaged it. Just be very gentle and use a razor or something to remove the adhesive, it's glued on. And it will pop off, don't rush it seemed easy to break. I used a little silicone adhesive I had laying around to get the emblem on the new grill. Hope this helps someone.
