I'm am trying to sell my 2007 ES350 (103k miles) privately. i have not had a lot of luck with craigslist or autotrader. Does anyone have any ideas on how to sell a lexus privately?

How much are you asking? How are the maintenance records?

Listed for $10K, the maintenance was done at the local lexus dealership

There are also yardsale groups on Facebook. A lot of people sell cars on there. Good luck!

I bought my 2008 from a Craigslist ad. Also sold 2 Hondas on CL. They have better filtering now so it's easier for potential buyers to find specific cars they are looking for. Include lots of nice pics, list the strong points, price fairly and it should sell on CL.

I've had good luck with craigsist and the 3 cars I have sold on Craigslist have gone to the first person who came to see the car. Make sure the car is clean and looks good in the pictures (waxed, tire shine, non hazy headlights, vacuumed) and make sure to emphasis the service history. At that price and mileage, assuming the condition is good, it should sell sooner than later.
