Default Modified headlights on 2011 ES350

I decided to modify my ES350 headlights. I added LED tubes, halos and demon eyes. No more yellow DRL lights. I wired them to be on full time.

Very nice! How long did this take to make? You painted the cutoff shield red?

It took about 12 hours total. No painting, the demon eyes are made up of a pc board with red LEDs. They are attached inside the hid housing. The hardest part was wiring everything so that it's easily removed. I soldered everything and used heat shrink and connectors.

The demon eyes aren't my cup of tea but everything does look really good. Gives it a much more modern look without looking like it came from ebay for $25. I actually like this a lot better than the leds on the next generation.

It is well done and the design of lighting is UNIQUE for a ES, i like it. I know it is a hassle to remove the lens out, so i'm out.

Thanks all, it was not as hard as you would think to remove the lens. You have to remove the bumper cover to remove the headlights. Then remove most of the hardware and bulbs from the headlights. These were the adaptive headlights so I left the gears and motors in place. Then preheat the oven to 215f and bake them (lens up) for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and peel them apart. Glue the new lights in place and route the wires and clean the lens. Press back together and bake the same as before and after removed from the oven press back together and put the screws back in and put it all back together, As I stated in an earlier post the wiring was probably the hardest part because I wanted to have all soldered connections with connectors that could be removed easily.
