Headlight adjustment direction

Just looking for the correction direction for the HID headlight asm. Do you turn the screwdriver clockwise to raise the headlights?

OK but no where in the file does it tell you which way is up or down. So is clockwise up and counter clockwise down. Has anyone made the adjustment and which way was up.
