I'm trying to replace the stock HID D4s bulbs to a higher color temperature, probably looking for a color temperature of 6000k; D4s bulbs, but I don't think anyone has mentioned on how to replace/swap them by yourself. Does anyone know how to do it without sending it to the dealer?

I've searched through the forums and I saw someone doing it to their GS third gen, is it the same procedure as the ES 07' ?
Heres the link: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...fter-pics.html

and does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get good bulbs (online)?

Here is one of the links that I might get the bulb from unless there are better suggestions: http://store.ijdmtoy.com/Japan-Garax...4s_d4r_d4c.htm

Yep, same. Be careful the pin is in the slot or the bulbs wont seat right. Other than that it is pretty easy.

i saw the posts here...the dealer told me that to replace the bulb the front bumper wrap has to come off...is this true? They are only quoting me 120 total to replace bulb so it's not a rip off but I asked them is this something I can do myself? I have an extended warranty but they said it's the bulb (similar problem as other post where it comes on for a couple of minutes then goes out) and not the ballast (which is covered under warrranty). Can anyone keep a brother from being over charged?
