housing for passenger side mirror
#2
I'm not sure that is possible - maybe an auto salvage yard for the whole mirror assembly. I don't believe the housing is a separate part.
Good luck, a mirror assembly from Lexus is not cheap or course.

ANY LUCK ON THIS ONE... i was backing out of the garage and I hit the side. the mirror works fine. but the plastic is shattered. I think I just need the OUTER HOUSING.. not the complete mirror which Costs a fortune.
so where can I get one of the same color. (silver) and instructions to INSTALL IT ?
ALSO. if I dont have side lights. can I upgrade mine to have side lights. how will it work. do we have to connect extra wires. is it a DIY job or complicated ?

Having replaced two complete mirror assemblies on the ES350 I want to warn you that (in 2007-2008) there are two sizes of mirrors for the ES350. The one with puddle lamps, heated mirros etc. is taller than the mirror assembly on the base model. Replacing the mirror assembly means taking the door panel loose and removing the two nuts and plug that go to the mirror base. To replace the outer housing you only need to remove the mirror by pulling up and out on the bottom of it and unplugging the wires for the heater and then removing the screws that hold the housing together. You can buy the housing that matches your paint by bringing your VIN to the dealer.
