How can I remove old breadcrumb history that are on my nav map? I have turned breadcrumbs off but the history is still on the map.

I did a search on this and I found answers on how to turn off breadcrumbs, which I already have, but my question is how to erase the history that appears even when breadcrumbs are turned off

Press the Map View icon, then press Record
Press Map View again, then press Stop

It will ask if you want to keep the trace, press No and it will erase all traces
