Hello every body
My lexus ES300/2002 Engine 1MZFE is getting damage and I found Used sienna 2002 engine 1MZFE.
MY Questions is IT fit to my lexus es300 or there is some difference between them?

I want to say they are the same but can't confirm. With engine swaps out of different vehicles you could run into things like the block is slightly different when it comes to engine mount/mount points. Also the Lexus engine was made in Japan I think the Sienna United states although in your part of the world the Sienna may be Japan sources parts.
