Lexus Drivers web site
Something makes me question their credibility.
I got my problem with logging in fixed only after contacting the technology specialist at the Lexus dealer, and he got it fixed for me. I'd suggest doing the same.
I'm having issues as well. Doesn't matter what browser I use, always directs to: https://aem.drivers.lexus.com/lexusd...?errorcode=500
403 - Invalid URL
This is after logging in to the site. I did reset my password recently, and since then the same thing over and over, as above.

When I contacted them a couple of weeks ago, I was told the same thing, except that they told me that it would be fixed by 4/2/21.

I've tried in both Firefox and Chrome.
I get the same error @Beachtyme posted.
What should I do?
I have tried to log in the past few days, and I get that 403 error.

At first, they said this was the first they've heard of the issue, and that it works for them.
Then after I gave them my email address, they put me on hold again.
They then said it would be fixed by 4/22.
I asked what would happen to the info that my dealer enters for service history. Because I have a service appointment in a few days. They said they will still be able to do that.
I asked how, if the website is down? They just said that the dealer can still enter the info.
No, I didn't want to ask them to delete my account.
The website has been having issues lately. It's the luck of the draw which day it works and not work. I called into Lexus corp on it so they would know. If more people call them, maybe they will understand it's an issue. Lexus uses a CDN (Content Delivery Network) and it's having problems with 1 server at least in that.
Boy, if they are still having problems with this Lexus Driver's App, imagine the problems they would have with their Lexus Enform Remote Start. I have had both and got rid of both of them, because of their ongoing problems.
