Hi, I have a 2010 Lexus ES 350 base model purchased from Quebec. While the center console is in English (not sure if it can be set to another language. Not refering to the upgraded screen), the gauge cluster is in French. I am able to make out what all the menus read though I would prefer it to be in English.
Unfortunately my search through the forums has not been fruitful, nor have I been able to find any information online. The dealership doesn't quite know what to do either (they suggested changing the gauge cluster for an English version...)
try pressing the display button but probably requires techstream
Thank you for your input. I tried holding down the display button under various display modes and a general scroll through the display menu. No lick. Various Lexus models from the same era like the GS, GX have the ability to change gaguge cluster language via a menu.
Techstream? Is that a dealer or aftermarket software to help read/program these vehicles? I take a generic OBD scan tool won't do.
See attached picture. Dealer can do it. Sometimes they will do it free if you are nice.
I scheduled an appointment for ATF fluid change (not planned) with my local Lexus dealer today, I'm hoping they will do this for free and make the visit worth it.
