how to change language multi info display?

does anybody know how to change language multi info display (between the wteering wheel)?
I know how to change the navigation language but i want to change the multi info display between the steering wheel.

On newer models, it should be doable as shown on the video. On older models, it requires Techstream. See my earlier thread.
