I have a 2013 ES300h and have now put almost 154k miles on the car - about 95% of that has been solo commuting. As a result my front driver's side floor mat is TRASHED (logo peeling off, torn areas, threadbare, etc.) but all of the other mats are essentially good as new. Does anyone know of a source to buy a single black OEM floormat without buying the whole set of 4? Seems like a waste to replace all of them..
I guess I would consider an aftermarket manufacturer as long as the mat was a specific fit for a 2013 ES (i.e. has the safety lock attachments for the floor in the correct place and fits perfectly without any trimming) Definitely looking for carpet rather than rubber mats though.
If none of this is possible, does anyone know of a Lexus dealer that fairly prices this stuff and will ship? My local guys want over $200 for a set.

Thanks!
I have a 2007 RX and the carpeted mats are thicker and more durable than the carpeted mats in my 2017 ES. Lexus cheapened these mats on purpose on the newer cars and I only use the winter rubber mats in the ES throughout the year, because they are far more durable than the carpeted ones. I would call various dealers, as they set the final price.

Since you are in New York, Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains and Larchmont are reasonable. I would start with them first.
Back in January I was in the same position as you, only needed one carpeted floor mat, but everywhere I looked it was buy all 4 or none at all... I would suggest checking Ebay... I did a couple of searches there and found a guy who had all 4 for sale. He had taken them out of his car when he bought it, and replaced them with weathertech floor mats. After he sold the car, he came across the original mats put away in his garage. He was asking $50 plus S&h for all 4. I offered him $30 plus shipping and he accepted the offer. I think I got an amazing price considering they were brand new..
I don't think I'll ever go back to keeping cloth floor mats in my car after installing the Weather Tech liners on my '14 ES350. It ain't factory, but the durability and ease of cleaning annihilates factory carpet any day IMO.

I know i'm in the minority here, but I do not care for the weather tech floor liners. We have them in my wife's 4 runner and yes, they are handy when something get's spilled.. But for me I've noticed when I'm getting in to drive the 4 runner if my shoes are at all wet, my feet slip on the liner. and I personally think the car looks better with the carpeted mats. My wife agrees with you. She loves her weather tech. And while I am not a fan, I certainly do see the advantages of them.

Count me in as well. The guy I bought my ES350 from included the weather tech mats as well as the original carpeted mats. I only use the weather tech mats because the drivers carpeted mat is worn out. The others look great. The weather tech just don’t look great to me and are somewhat worn. Like the OP I keep looking for a cheaper source of original mats, maybe even the original all weather ones.
I use the factory mats during winter but take them out in the summer. The driver's shows wear the others are fine. I figure they'll last a long time that way.

My karma just ran over your dogma
Current Hers: '13 Lexus ES350
Current Mine: '15 Jaguar XF (it's aubergine)
In the 2 Generation 6 ES vehicles that I've owned, I've used the Weathertech all-weather mats (not the liners) and the Lexus all-weather liners.
The Weathertech mats look, I think, better than the Weathertech liners, but the Lexus liners, which were redesigned a few years ago, would be, by far, my first choice. They look good (and better than the Weathertech liners), and they offer very good protection.
i'm currently running tuxmats in my ES. They're....good.... THey have that vinyl type coating over top foam structure. SO eventually the coating wears out and looks worn. The foam holds up thought. My heel plate had cracked on the driver mat, but the warranty (after 2 years) was used to replace it, and they have a new heel plate thats more of an embedded rubber than a riveted plastic.
I left them in year round. I really should take them out in summer but my carpet looks dealership new still....
