Default Vibration when accelerating

Hi to all of you, I recently got my hands on a 2011 ES 350, and I'm having a slight issue with my car. At first, the car was shaking really badly as I would press on the gas pedal and as I would slow down. But I went ahead and changed the rotors on the front. The shaking has mellowed out a little, but the shaking there a little as I would speed up it's not as bad as before. I have already had the tires Rotated and balance and alignment done at Lexus of Orlando. I have seen other forums on here about the issue.

Possibly you have bad motor mounts or a bad transmission mount. Get them inspected.
How many miles are on it?

The reason why your car can shake when you accelerate is because of the bent wheels or bad inner CV joints.

Lexus did change the dog bone engine mount about a two weeks ago, and didn’t say anything about the other mounts, they only suggested I change both front and rear rotors and breaks. I’ll mention it when they change my clock spring. She was at 157,477 when I picked her up from Copart, now she is at 159,837.

My friend Rasheed did say it could be CV joints. But once I changed the front rotors, and showed him how everything calmed down he tossed that out the window. How could I tell if my wheel is bent, I did do a tire swap as a first step with the shaking since the tires on my Passat was new Cooper tires. I swapped the Passat onto the ES and took the Michelin off

They would have noticed bent wheels when balancing your new tires.

Thanks for the help guys, sorry for the late reply! So what I did was buy rebuilt CV's from Rockauto parts from Cardone, the right CV I had to send back because it was damaged and had to spend $100 on top of the $400 labor, everything seems to be fine but, when holding the car a little over 40 around 41 or 43 there is a little vibrating going on and vibrating when I slow down it only happens when it's slowing down around the speed of 43 to 40 and stops. but everything else seems to be fine. Also as anyone had a transmission service done at 165k my next oil change is at 165k and wanted to do a tranny service, I can't find any records if has been down or not.
