ECU Reset Question please
Does the capability of resetting of the ECU apply to all models & all years or is this something only available on newer models? I have an es300, 1996.

yes it does.
just follow this simple procedure....
-disconnect the battery for 10 minutes
-reconnect the battery
-make sure all electronic accessories are off
-tart the car and let it idle for 10 minutes
during the 10 minutes idle you might notice the rpm drop, don't worry, it's the computer trying to figure out the correct air-fuel ratio. it will go back up to 800 (+/-) rpm
