Muffler from Ebay?

Muffler from Ebay?
Has anyone bought a muffler off of Ebay? I was looking at what they had on there, and I found one like I want, and I emailed the seller to see what brand it was, and the person told me it was OEM brand... Aren't OEM original parts??? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Ok, so I've done some looking and I found some mufflers on a real site, and one of the manufacturers was OEM (Blitz, Apexi, etc were others). But has anyone else bought muflers off of Ebay?

Look at mine....... they dont make it for the LS but they do for the ES. Its
