Is it possible to replace the black top portion on the drivers front door panel? I have not removed the door panel yet to check, but my suspicion is that it is not attached with reusable hardware. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Thanks.

It does not appear it is listed as a separate part on the diagram. I am speaking of the top black portion that runs the entire length of the door panel.
