Default Need Help

Recently order a used computer for 2001 Lexus es300 installed the computer that was located behind the glove compartment and now the car turns over but will not start and my anti- theft light continues to blink.... any suggestions????

Disclaimer: I know very little about ECUs.

Don't you need to reprogram the master key to work with the ECU. I feel like it's can't be as easy as a simple swap.

Will try tomorrow watched a few videos pertaining to reprogramming my key so hopefully that works... thanks

What happened to your computer they rarely fail. The replacement ECU will have to be reprogrammed (youtube search speedkar99 he has vids on this) or the EPROM will have to be swapped from the original to the replacement ECU. The computers must be the same part numbers or compatible.
