So I just picked up a 2016 Es300h and I noticed that the passenger side mirror will go down when you go in reverse, but the driver side one one goes down a little which doesn't mean anything to me so I wonder is that normal or does both tilt down when you go into reverse?

Also I notice we have the notorious analog clock problem where it goes fast. Usually in 24hrs it's about an hour to an hour an half fast.

Both mirrors should tilt down when shifted into reverse.
One thing to note is that you can adjust where these mirrors move to when you shift into reverse. From the owners manual:

 

As explained in the picture from the manual in the previous post, you have to set your desired mirror positions twice.

First you set up them to the positions where you want them to be when are driving forward. You do that by adjusting the mirror positions while the transmission is in Neutral.

Then, you adjust the positions of the mirror to where you want them to be when you are backing up. You do that by adjusting the mirror positions when the transmission is shifted to Reverse (and, of course, keep your foot firmly on the brake while doing so).

Once you have set your desired positions for both forward driving and backing up, those positions will be memorized by the car.

lesz is correct and to add one clarification, the "going forward" positions can be memorized with the 1/2/3/set function
but the "reversing" position will be for all drivers when in reverse. It is not part of the seat/wheel/mirror/HUD memory.
As noted, centering the mirror selector will disable the reversing position if you are backing up a driveway.

 

The clock in my 2018 ES350 does not loose or gain any time, so what you are describing is a bit strange.
It is, however, for me impossible to get the digital clock and the analog clock to match perfectly since they are set separately.
