260,000 Km. After i start the car, the whine is super loud due to high rev as engine is cold. noise gets louder as rpm gets higher, When car is warm, noise isn't very noticeable probably because rpms are low.
Noise comes from right side of engine, near starter and .
Replaced starter. noise still persists. starter relay does disengage. far as all relay tests show

 

I don't remember hearing a noise like that except when the tensioner bearing (timing belt component) was shot. But it sounds like the noise is transmission side, so not sure what to tell you.

 

im not so sure what it could be anymore i thought the starter solenoid was bad but it is not so not sure what i should do. as u can see in the vid the accessory belt isn't the best as it sequels a but u can tell that it is not the main noise im referring to.
