Recently experiencing problem when the lights are set to auto position the headlights won’t shut off during daylight driving

is there a link or forum post that addresses this issue (preferably with a step by step fix)

Make sure there is nothing on the dash covering the light sensor.

 

Tons of cars in Va use to have this issue as they use to put the county reg stickers went in the center bottom of the windshield. They would cover that sensor. Finally they got rid of it. Had no clue the issue at first till I saw where the sensor was on most cars,
