I broke 3 wires (red, yellow, black) from the sensor behind #5 spark plug while removing the #5 coil!
What is this sensor? A wiring diagram showing the connector color code is much needed. Attached are pictures of the location and sensor/connector ! Thank you in advance.

Thank you all for a quick reply and diagrams!
According to page 6 color codes, yellow, black and red go to B43 (VVT sensor bank1 exhaust side). So I solder the wires back to the connector, pin1=yellow, pin2=black, pin3=red and plug it in. Now my RPM goes up to 1000-1100 with no error code!! May be I did something wrong. Any idea will be appreciated and thank you again...

 

Maybe you switched the RED and YELLOW wires.

Locate the the other VVT connector on Bank 1 (same bank) for the intake side.
See where the LIGHT BLUE wire is for that connector.
For reference, that is where the YELLOW wire should go for its connector you just fixed.

 

maybe you got pin 1,2,3 backwards. see the B43 diagram on pg 16

Where is this sensor locate? Front or back?
Do you mean the B44's Light blue wire connected to the B43's yellow wire?

 

B43 is your problem connector

Locate B44 and see where the LIGHT BLUE wire is pinned.
We are using the B44 connector just for reference.
We dont touch this connector.
Just looking at the wire placement.

Now back on the B43 connector -- pin the YELLOW wire on the location of where the LIGHT BLUE wire is pinned.
This should be PIN #1
I'm thinking you swapped pin 1 and 3 on the B43 connector.

I hope im not confusing you.

If so, engine error light should display, right ?
Page 16 shows B43's pin side, pin 1 (yellow) on the left, 2 black and 3 red. That is my understanding, please correct me if I'm wrong! Thanks

I got your idea but the question is where is the B44, in the front or back ?

Should be on the same BANK.
If the B43 is in the right side, B44 would be on the left side closer to the front of the motor
It would be the same 3 pin connector with Light/Blue, Green and Yellow.

I found this and will follow your advice tomorrow to fix my problem!

 

I broke the same connector on mine as well during the spark plug replacement I looked inside the connector itself for the color of the wire insulation for rewiring...
