Default side view mirror conversion

Anybody know if it's possible to convert a heated side view mirror on a 99 ES300 to a non-heated one. Is there a conversion fitting of some type available for this? Bought a used side view mirror as a replacement but the connectors are different than the original. Interior mirror adjustment controls don't work - not connected.

Do you have the Factory Service Manual? You could check the schematic for the connectors to see which ones you need and which ones to discard. I would then unpin and repin the connectors, if possible, in the correct order. Otherwise you could clip off the connectors and solder the right wires.
