Default ABS help. 97 es300

So a few months ago while changing the struts out, We managed to mess up the ABS sensor wire. The wire was really old and about to break.
The problem is that I do not know which sensor to get. I need the one for the drivers side (rear) Some of the cost 25 bucks and some of them cost over 100.
Which sensor should I buy or can someone here recommend the correct sensor? I purchased the cheap one from Part Geek but it did not seem to work. ABS And Trac/OFF are still on. Any help would be appreciated. I still love the car, it has 290,000 miles now. I brought the car in philly for 2,000. It had 202,000 miles on it.
Let me tell you, that was 5 years ago in 2013. Since then my friends have had cars but my car seems to outlast theirs. at 290,000 I need an Evap canister, ABS sensor, O2 sensor, and engine stabolizer. Not bad for a 20- something year old car. I am really wondering how much life she has left. I have started saving up for a newer model but torn not sure if I should get another ES, IS, or RX. I am so torn! :0 Any advice any one can provide I would greatly, greatly appreciated.
Thank you all.

Did you replace the correct sensor? Have you pulled codes to see what they are?

I know that its the sensor in the drivers side rear. I replaced it but light is still on. The thing is that sensors online some of them are cheap and some of them are really expensive and I am not sure which one I need.

How did you know did you test the old one? You have not posted the code(s) you pulled using a reader so I can't really help you any further. I've used the least expensive sensors without issue.
