I have a 2000 Lexus ES 300. I only have one remote key. If I buy a second remote key from a third party and program it, will my current remote still work?

 

As long as you have a working pre-programmed master key in the system, then you can program any key with a transponder chip (i.e. master or valet), up to 10 keys total, without any interference with your original master key.
