i have a 03 gs300, it has a cel on, the vsc and vsc off light on.. so 3 lights on tthe dash all together... the check engine light is saying bad cat and engine control malfunction..... have no idea where to start with the engine control malfuntion, has anyone had the same issue? or can throw some pointers my way.. car wont pass emissions and i NEED it too.. thank u in advance
