Default How to increase torque?

Hello, I have a 2014 lexus ES350. I was looking for some good ways to increase the torque in the car without having to decrease any of the horsepower? Any advice? Keep in mind that I'm a college student so i can only spend up to a grand maximum.
Thanks for your help in advance!

RR racing can tune the ECU, they're located in New Jersey and recently been able to tune any Toyota/Lexus ECU... K&N intake, find a fabricator to make custom exhaust manifold and weld a high flow cat to it. The performance gains will be minimal, maybe and extra 10-15 whp and ft-lbs of torque and cost you over a $1,000. Or you can have your ECU tune to run on a 75shot of nitrous. Either way you'll have to send out your ECU go get tuned. Better off buying a sport car.

While you may find some guys who will take your money for this I don't think you are going to have much success in increasing the torque in you ES by a noticeable amount.

First, why? Increase the trailer towing? Improve 0-62 mph times?
If all you would really like is a bit more responsive throttle response
try disconnecting the battery for a couple of minutes and reconnect.
You will have to reset stations and repair phones BTW.
The Fuel Injection "learns" your driving style and this reset will give
you the opportunity to drive hard to "teach" the system your expectations.
You can expect this to lower your MPG's and after dozens of restart
cycles it will average back out to include gentle driving trips.

The ES is probably the least mod friendly car you can buy.

Yup. Unfortunately, this is one of the downsides to owning the ES. It can make the car relatively boring. Of course, many people buy the car because of its proven drivetrain and long-lasting mechanicals with comfort.

On the other end of the mod-friendly spectrum, you can take an example of a Jeep Wrangler -endless options there.

Tru dat, but that is exactly what my wife wanted, luxury that she didn't have to think about. It just works and will for an expected very long time.

Seems to me if there was an easy way to do that Lexus would have built the car that way in the first place.

or get lower sidewall tires.
that's a common autoX trick.
But it also increases your speedo and adds miles to the odometer faster.
