The only two price quotes that I got on the 2016 ES 350 was off 2,700 which was at the end of February and 3,500 off from a different dealership in March. Both cars are about 45,000 dollars. Are those good prices?
Not really a great deal off. Depending on your area, you should be able to get around 10% off MSRP on a vehicle in stock or close.
Does the light color leather in the ES 350 pickup the color from jeans e.g the gray color leather? Thank you. It's hard to find cars with the all black interior leather.

Unfortunately yes. After 13 years my used to be beige driver seat looks dark gray

They tried to sell me some coating for inside leather seats and for the outside paint for about 1700.00. It's suppose to protect against. Stains and coffee spills. I'm not sure about buying this coating.

The $1700 that would be paying for that package would be almost all profit for the dealership. It is packages like these, extended warranties, etc. that allow a dealer to give the customer a significant discount off of the MSRP for the car itself and to take what looks, at first, like a good deal for the customer and to turn that deal into a huge profit generator for the dealership.
I have the parchment interior in my ES300h and wear black jeans, it is not bad and all I do is use a good leather wipe every few months and it stays clean, no color change. I have had parchment interiors in almost every Lexus have owned since 1998 and never had an issue.

Thank you. That's a really good idea. What is the name of the leather wipe that you are using?

Had mine one year. Have not noticed any discoloration whatsoever.

No offense, but those kind of packages are used to extract lots of profit from gullible consumers. Avoid it.
Do you really think Lexus makes some kind of weird car that cannot be cleaned in the normal manner?
They do transfer, but if you stay up on cleaning it off its not a big deal. I use a product called Ultima Interior Shampoo Gel. Several others here have used it on my recommendation and love it. Works great to clean off dye transfer.
I'm surprised the ES350 doesn't have the touch screens like so many other cars. But overall I still thinks that it's great car.
With the layout and design of the ES screen, a touch screen would not work because it would be too far from the driver to be used while in the normal seating position, but that design has a number of other advantages. First, by putting the screen as far forward as possible, the driver can check the screen by merely moving his/her eyes and without having to turn his/her head, and that translates into less time when the driver's eyes are not on the road. If the screen was close enough to be used as a touch screen, viewing it would require the driver to actually turn his or her head. Also, with the screen recessed the way it is, it doesn't get washed out by bright sunlight in the same way that (touch) screens located closer to the driver on the dash do. And another benefit of not using a touch screen is that the screen doesn't end up quickly covered with finger prints in the way that a touch screen would.
Besides my ES, I've had several other vehicles with a touch screen. Each has its advantages, but I've come to prefer the design and location of the ES screen.
