lugnut locks to tight
I got my tires changed a couple of months ago and when they put my rims back on they used torque wrench to tighten my tires locks. So now i cant get off my rims to change my brakes which are really in need for a change. anybody have any idea of how to get them off without a torque wrench because i am afraid it will strip the key even more than i have after trying to loosen the locks. 
when in doubt get a bigger hammer. no no no just kidding.
Try a longer socket wrench or a breaker bar. Use a 3/4 inch drive with a heavy duty socket, place a pipe on the handle of the wrench to extend/increase your leverage. I have done this a couple of times for the same reason. No damage to the lug, locknut or key. Just hope that the locknut wasn't crossthreaded when it went on.
call any reputable tire place or your Lexus dealer. Most have a special socket to get locknuts off when the key is not available. This special socket is not supposed to strip the key grooves.
If you got one or know someone that has one, you could use an air wrench on low impact. I have done this before and it doesn't hurt the key or the grooves of the locknut.

after you change you brakes it might be a good idea to get hold of a torque wrench to tighten your wheels back up, as improper torque can warp an aluminum wheel. If you can't borrow one, some tire shops may let you use their wrench to properly tighten them.....just make sure your wheels won't fall off on the way to the garage!!
