If you really can't open the door from either outside or inside, you should consider getting a locksmith, or going to the dealer to see what they can do.
Otherwise your only other option is to basically destroy the inner door panel, so that you can have access to the inside. Find out what's wrong and fix it.
You can than buy a matching replacement door panel from a scrap yard.
Not a good situation to be in!

I had the same problem with my 94 Nissan Altima on the passenger side. The culprit was the door latch itself. I did remove the seat and was able to remove the door panel with very minimal damage. Once the panel is off, it's still no easy task to work inside the door to get it to release, at least in my case. Neither the inner locking rod nor exterior key locking rod would open the latch. After long period of fiddling with it I was finally able to pull on part of the latch that would open the door. I would recommend taking it to an auto body shop since they are quite adept in removing door panels and the like. Having it on the driver's side makes it a bit tougher since you can't drive it if the seat is out. Hopefully you can get the panel off without having to replace it.
Good luck on your fix.
