Default wired the jump starter incorrectly

I had left my light on in my 1999 lexus es300 so i had to jump start it but i Wired the jump start cables incorrectly (+to_) (_to+) i fixed the wiring and jumpstarted and the car ran for a few minutes and stopped by its self... now most electronics are not running like the interior functions. I now want to know what the problem is? could it be the main 40A fuse or the engine main fuse? could it be the battery or the ECU?could it be the alternator?

For starters, you should fully charge the battery and try again. If you're lucky its just due to the battery not being fully charged.
