Does anyone know how to adjust the bluetooth phone volume settings on the 2013 ES 350 w/ NAV? I've seen some posts for the RX and GS involving the "Info Button" and turning the headlights on and off but I'm not sure if that approach is applicable to this model. The voice quality over bluetooth is far worse than in my RX or previous ES and I was hoping it is adjustable. The incoming voice is way too low.

 

drexel, Press the menu button on the remote touch controller. Go to Settings-->Phone-->Call Volume. That should help you out. P.S. Phone has to be connected, or everything in that phone settings menu is grayed out and you can't click on it.
