Anyone know how to advance the timing on 94 es300? Is there any good piggy back systems out there?

Buy a rabbits foot, or some other lucky charm. It will be cheaper and do a better job than any performance enhancing chips for your car.

the only piggyback systems i would use are Greddy E-manage systems. either Blue or Ultimate would work.
problem with 1MZ OBDII system is that you will need to periodically reset your ECU to keep the adjustments working since the ECU will self adjust

94 is distributorless... I don't think you can advance the timing with out chip
