Where can i get a nice strut/sway bar for a 92 es?

i would try ebay first..i heard of some good buys...if u search for this you should come up with something useful...there were some members on here talking about this not too long ago.

talk to mezoom!..she's had a strut bar on (i think from ebay) that had engine clearance problems.

well i think i found a good one near by it was about $60 ill tell you all about it if it fits well. On install do i need to jack up the car??

no you do not need to jack it up. make sure you use a fitted socket/ratchet to tighten it...you dont wann strip the bolts. because the mounting surface where the 3 bolts are on each side by the suspension is uneven, you may want to use a few washers to level out the unevenness.

You can either go with a Freedom Designs (for the 92-96 Camry) or even the TRD Strut Tower Bar (for Solara 99-02).

ok toucan ( ractive makes one )
first i know the company makes shyt
but hey i worked there and helped get this design off the ground and for the price it is a steal
in canada they retail for about $80cad so $40 usd i am guessing
they don't rub at all with the original desgn(wider in the centre gets smaller near the ends) but they did start making a new one that is like a bar or pipe never tested or sold that one
