Strut bar, minor difference.
Do a search for sway and stb on this specific (GS Handling) forum and you'll find all sorts of information,

I second Dave, the sways make a huge difference, the strut bars not so much. I'll have more data for you later today. I'm bringing my car to the dealer for the 60K service today so I removed the front strut bar on Sunday. I did not notice an earth shattering difference after it was removed, but I have not had my usual opportunity to push the envelope. FYI, I have coilovers and a lot of other chassis braces, so the addition or removal of a single brace [the strut tower bar] may not have the same effect as a stock setup.
