Reading through the owners phone book, I mean manual (yes, I actually do these things), I noticed that you can add a digital photo to the startup screen on the navigation screen. I downloaded a picture of the family, and now it flashes briefly right after the Lexus logo appears on the screen. It's kind of silly, but it kind of personalizes the vehicle as MY car, not just another Lexus...

 

What page # was that explained in the"phone Book" (it is a neat sounding feature)??

 

It's on Page 56 of the Navigation System Owner's Manual. Just be sure to create a directory on your USB drive named "StartupImage" and move up to 3 jpgs into that directory. That's the only way the nav system will be able to download them.

It is a cool little feature.
