Default Backup camera ES350

Hi, twice my backup camera has gone haywire and then it works after jiggling the wire on the right side of the trunk hinge, I'm assuming the wire is loose. Anyone have any idea where the most likely loose connection would be? Thanks

I'd suggest examining the wires carefully to see if there's a crimp, cracked or worn insulation that allows the wire to ground out . . .

Thanks, I'll look at it but I think the wire is in good condition, anyway I'll look more carefully
