Default Headlight Adjustment Problem

I have 2000 ES 300 and I was going to adjust headlights but noticed, driver side high and low are ajusted just right, but the passenger side the high beams are on the same level as driver side but low beams are pointing down on ground in front of car, what is the problem or is there another way to adjust low beam to come up to level as rest of lites

ya there is a way to adjust the headlights..You will notice a silver looking bolt. Use the correct size socket and adjust it clockwise or counter-clockwise..
In this picture u will notice there are two screws, but this is Japanese model. Probably a Toyota Windom.
My car only has one screw ( i think). anyways give it a try.
just be careful if u have automatic leveling system (ALS). I have ALS and had no problems after adjusting the levels..but on the other hand i have heard the indicator for ALS was turned on in the instrument panel

Whenever I turn screw to adjust the high and low raise together, the only problem the highs and lows are pointed at different levels on the same side

hmm well they should be pointing @ different levels..they are never pointed together at same angle..The high beams are for "high" and the low beams are for "low"
U just make sure your low beams are aligned on both left and right side. And if they are aligned properly then the high beam will automatically be adjusted too...

Or make sure the bulbs are seated properly in the headlight.
