Headlight question

2008 ES350 - My headlights (halogen) work fine when the engine is running. It's when I turn the engine off and the 30 delay takes over is when one of the headlights doesn't work. Any ideas?

So when you have your lights set to "auto" and you turn off the engine, one light goes off right away and the other stays on for the normal 30 seconds?
