Default Headlight AFS: Does it moves left\right when engine starts?

My car has discharged headlights with AFS system, in manual I found that:
When the engine is started, the AFS ECU drives the headlight swivel actuator and moves the projector headlight to the left and right operation limit. Then it returns to the proper position. The AFS ECU thus assesses the position of the headlight for reference control.

But my light move only up and down when I start engine... is that normal?

The AFS system is turned on in satellite switch. No error messages.
Could not check how it really works in the road, because there bright lights in our city and no slow corners.

Up and down is Auto Levelling. It is normal at startup.

Left and right adaptive feature is related to speed and steer turn. It requires both inputs to operate.

I have only seen mine do the "Up and Down" auto leveling and Left and right with turning of the wheel. Never saw them go left and right when I start it, but havent paid that close of attention to it either.

Correct. Car needs to be going 7 or 8 mph for the AFS to work. I've never seen the AFS calibrate at startup.

Mine go up and down at start up, but somethings broken, and they won't go left and right, and the AFS OFF light keeps blinking (kind of anything when TMPS is too lol)

I just had my car in for service b/c the auto-level adjustment was broken. Out of 22 techs, they only had one guy who knew how to fix it. Awesome.

No left/right at startup. Only up/down.

Mine seem to be working fine, no light on and up/down at start-up. Only issue I have is they are pointed to far down once "leveled". Is there a simple adjustment for this?

Yes, it's fairly easy. Do a search, there's a good DIY thread for this.
